Savanna City will be one of the most significant new town development in the Midvaal Municipality Gauteng, which will comply with the “Breaking New Ground” strategy.
One of the key objectives of the development is to provide quality housing, sustainable services and amenities which p reviously was denied, to a large sector of our population, due to a lack of access to mortgage finance.
Savanna City will provide a new destination for thousands of South Africans to live in an integrated, environmentally and energy aware sustainable city.
Savanna City will benefit the experience gained on our projects, such as Cosmo City, to ensure that best practice principles are applied.
